TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ordering

To place an order, use the NATIBABY OnlineShop site. Choose the colour, size, method of payment, enter your details on the form, accept the terms and conditions and click the Send the Order button.
After you submit the order through our website, our computer system emails you a confirmation of your order.

If you are from a country outside EU, please email us (natibaby@natibaby.com), giving information about the preferred colour, size, payment method and your country. We will send you back the details regarding costs and how long the delivery will take.

Payment

We currently accept payment by the following methods:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer

Prices quoted are in EURO, all payments are to be made in EURO.

Postage

We dispatch your order on the day of receiveing cleared payment or the following working day.
All orders will be sent by Poczta Polska. This usually takes 3-5 working days to reach you.
If you have not received your order within 14 days, please email us (natibaby@natibaby.com).

If despatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If you do not want to wait, we will refund you instead.

Please note that your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive cleared payment.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from NATIBABY. However if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 28 days. It must be in its original packaging with the relevant instruction and the invoice.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. In the case of damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or offer a full refund.

In the case of items being returned for other reasons than being damaged/faulty we will inspect all returned items carefully. If they are not in a re-saleable "as new" condition we reserve the right to offer a partial, rather than full refund to cover our costs. In such cases we do not refund postage costs.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry period of 10 days starting from the day after the goods have been received. If you wish to cancel the order, please email us (natibaby@natibaby.com) Goods must be in their original condition and packaging and contain the invoice.
Any cancellation done after the item is delivered to the forwarder will be refunded less freight.

Privacy Policy

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form.

Disclaimer

The NATI sling is an aid for baby carrying and not a substitute for the constant attention of the parent or carrier. Please read the user guide cerefully before using the NATI sling. Use your common sense when using it. Do not undertake any activities such as, but not limited to, riding or cycling where you may fall over while carrying your child in the sling. Do not cook or undertake any activities where your child is exposed to extreme heat or dangerous implements while in the sling. Be aware of your child in the sling - take care when bending over and pay attention to any hazards your child may be exposed to. When first using the sling, it is advisable to have another adult on hand until you feel confident in getting your child in and out of the sling by yourself. Stand over a soft surface and double-check in a mirror that you have put the sling on correctly. Please inspect your sling carefully before each use for wear and tear, and use with caution.
The manufacturer of the NATI sling cannot be held liable for injuries caused by imprudence and/or misuse of the slings. The user guide attached to the NATI sling shall be treated only as a help and it does not guarantee the full safety.

All conditions of use are governed by the laws of Poland and you agree that the Polish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute. This also applies to orders from and/or deliveries to other countries.
